Job Description:
Responsibilities
Technical Discovery: Lead customer meetings to uncover infrastructure gaps, recovery point objectives (RPOs), and recovery time objectives (RTOs).
Solution Architecture: Design scalable data protection, cloud backup, and high-availability frameworks.
Demos & Proof of Concept (PoC): Deliver tailored software/hardware demonstrations and manage hands-on testing environments.
RFP/RFI Responses: Write technical sections of formal proposals, security questionnaires, and bid documents.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), storage arrays, replication technologies, and ransomware recovery protocols.
Communication: Exceptional ability to whiteboarding and explain deeply technical risk mitigation strategies to non-technical executives.
