Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Discovery & Needs Assessment: Lead discussions with prospective clients to identify their core business pain points, technical constraints, and operational objectives. 
  • Product Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling, customized product or service demonstrations that directly address the prospect's requirements.
  • Solution Design & Proposals: Architect optimal solutions and own the technical writing for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and detailed client proposals. 
Proof of Concept (POC): Manage time-limited technical evaluations, guiding the prospect's technical teams to ensure the product maps to their defined success criteria.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the voice of the market by channeling customer feedback, feature requests, and technical objections to the product and engineering teams. 
Core Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a highly related technical/commercial field. 
  • Experience: Typically 3-10+ years of experience in technical sales, solution architecture, or software product consulting. 
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven business language for both executive and technical audiences. 
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the target industry (e.g., SaaS, Supply Chain, Insurance, Cybersecurity), capable of designing system integrations and workflows. 
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical abilities to evaluate technical feasibility and compute Return on Investment (ROI) to justify the business case.
