Job Description:

Responsibilities
Report & Dashboard Design: Create interactive visual reports, KPI scorecards, and executive dashboards.
Data Modeling: Build scalable data models using star and snowflake schemas, writing efficient DAX queries and calculations.
Data Transformation: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse sources (SQL databases, cloud storage, APIs) using Power Query and SQL.
Optimization: Tune performance on heavy datasets, complex DAX measures, and slow-running queries.
Collaboration: Meet with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into technical reporting requirements.
Administration: Publish, manage, and secure workspaces on the Power BI Service, scheduling automated data refreshes. 
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query (M code), and advanced DAX.
Database Knowledge: Solid SQL coding, relational database design, and data warehousing concepts.
Cloud & Integration: Familiarity with ecosystems like Microsoft Azure, Azure Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric is a strong plus.
Soft Skills: Clear verbal communication to explain technical metrics to non-technical business leaders.
