Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Acts as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts, resolving complex technical issues and engaging engineering teams as necessary.
- Implementation/Optimization: Supports the smooth transition from sale to deployment, working with Professional Services to design and implement security solutions.
- Customer Success: Conducts strategic check-ins, operational reviews, and provides roadmap guidance to ensure clients maximize the value of their Fortinet investment.
- Training: Delivers post-sales training and education to customers on feature usage, functionality, and security best practices.
- Relationship Management: Builds long-lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, supporting the sales team by ensuring client retention through exceptional technical service.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5-8 years in technical support, professional services, or systems engineering within networking/security.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of SDN, SD-WAN, Cloud Security, Firewalls, IPsec, and network protocols.
- Certification: Strong preference for Fortinet certifications (NSE 4/FCP or higher).
- Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
