Job Description:

Responsibilities
Patient Care: Demonstrate and supervise stretches, strength routines, and walking drills.
Session Prep: Set up therapy tools, clean treatment areas, and position patients safely.
Progress Tracking: Record patient responses and report changes to the main therapist.
Admin Support: Schedule client visits, update medical files, and manage supply inventory. 
Required Skills & Qualifications
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and assist with heavy lifting or patient mobility.
Communication: Clear verbal skills to motivate patients and listen to care needs.
