Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze project data to track timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. Create regular, actionable reports for senior stakeholders.
- Project Evaluation: Conduct pre-project feasibility studies (e.g., assessing NPV, IRR, and EVA) and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and process improvements.
- Risk & Performance Monitoring: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to forecast performance, flag potential delays, and manage budget variances early.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with project managers and executives to ensure initiatives align with the broader strategic goals of the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, project management, or operational evaluation.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and project management software (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
