Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Design and implement business processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
  • Budgeting & Finance: Manage departmental budgets, forecast financial data, allocate resources cost-effectively, and track revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance against established KPIs. 
Quality & Compliance: Formulate policies and ensure the organization remains legally compliant and meets safety standards (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA). 
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central liaison between departments (HR, finance, IT) to ensure cohesion. 
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Operations Director, or similar leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management concepts.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency with business management software (e.g., ERP systems, project management tools).
