Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Directing daily workflows, managing inventory, and coordinating logistics/procurement to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process Improvement: Analyzing data to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing operational strategies.
- Coordination & Communication: Acting as a liaison between departments (e.g., sales, logistics, finance) to align with company goals.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring adherence to safety policies and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Vendor Management: Managing relationships with suppliers, vendors, and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Generally 1–3 years in operations, logistics, or administrative roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with CRM or ERP software.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
