Job Description:
Responsibilities & Duties
- Staff Leadership & Management: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage and high performance.
- Operational Efficiency: Organize daily workflow, appointments, and procedures to ensure smooth, timely care.
- Patient Care & Safety: Oversee nursing care, including patient assessment, treatment, education, and adherence to medical instructions.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain medical records, manage documentation, prepare reports, and oversee safety compliance.
- Supply & Inventory Management: Manage the OPD inventory of supplies, ensuring equipment is maintained and properly ordered.

Clinical Collaboration: Accompany doctors on rounds, communicate patient concerns, and implement new procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing is typically required.
- Experience: Several years of clinical experience, usually with 3+ years in a supervisory role (Head Nurse).
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, patient management, problem-solving, and computer literacy.
