Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Supply Inventory: Monitor, order, and replenish office supplies, stationery, and kitchen/pantry stock.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with building management, cleaning crews, security, and IT service technicians.
  • Space Maintenance: Maintain office cleanliness, layout efficiency, and troubleshoot physical workplace or equipment issues.
  • Mail & Deliveries: Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and high-volume deliveries.
