Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Facility & Vendor Management: Oversee office layout, negotiate vendor contracts, manage supply inventory, and coordinate equipment maintenance.
  • Administrative Operations: Implement office policies, manage filing systems, and provide direct support to staff and executives.
  • Financial Oversight: Track expenditures, process invoices, and manage the office administrative budget.
HR & Onboarding: Assist with employee onboarding, maintain personnel records, and plan company events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Organization & Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to handle internal and external correspondence.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and willingness to learn new systems.
