Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Assessing patient conditions, taking vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse), and recording medical histories.
  • Clinical Care: Administering medications (oral, IV), changing dressings, cleaning wounds, and providing direct, hands-on care.
  • Treatment Collaboration: Assisting physicians with procedures, developing nursing care plans, and implementing treatment plans.
Diagnostic Support: Drawing blood, collecting samples, and performing basic lab tests.
Patient Education: Educating patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
Administrative Tasks: Updating Electronic Health Records (EHRs), organizing workflows, and managing patient appointments.
