Job Description:

🔹 Job Responsibilities:
* Supervise and monitor all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on site
* Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
* Review and execute MEP drawings, technical specifications, and project documents
* Ensure MEP works are completed according to approved standards and timelines
* Prepare material requests, inspection requests, and progress reports
* Resolve technical issues related to MEP systems and site execution
* Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and safety standards
* Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
* Attend project meetings and provide technical support to the construction team

🔹 Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
✔️ Minimum 3+ years of UAE construction experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site execution
✔️ Familiarity with UAE building codes and authority regulations
✔️ Excellent communication and coordination skills
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✔️ UAE Driving License preferred
