Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Build comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overarching business objectives and specific target audiences. 
  • Campaign Execution: Manage marketing programs from start to finish, including digital (SEO/PPC, email, social) and traditional channels. 
  • Data Analytics: Analyze consumer insights and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to optimize future strategies and maximize ROI. 
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a team of marketing specialists and associates. 
Budget Management: Allocate and oversee campaign funds, review expenditures, and estimate potential sales.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful product launches. 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Typically 3–5 years in marketing, with a proven track record of running successful campaigns.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics.
