Job Description:
Responsibilities
Process Redesign: Map out current workflows, find waste or delays, and design future-state operational models.
Digital Integration: Introduce new software, data platforms, or AI systems to digitize manual tasks.
Project Management: Build roadmaps, manage project timelines, and track implementation budgets.
Change Management: Guide teams through transitions, reduce resistance to new technology, and run training programs.
Performance Tracking: Set metrics, measure return on investment (ROI), and analyze operational data.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in business process optimization, management consulting, or digital transformation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or engineering (Master’s often preferred).
Skills: Strong knowledge of lean or six-sigma methods, agile project frameworks, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
Soft Skills: Clear communication, problem-solving, and leadership across different departments.
