Job Description:
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Build technology roadmaps with senior leaders and align IT initiatives with company goals.
Relationship Management: Act as the main contact point between business units and IT teams.
Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end rollout of enterprise systems (like ERP, CRM, or cloud platforms).
Process Improvement: Find gaps in daily operations and recommend scalable tech solutions.
Value Tracking: Measure how well new software or digital tools improve efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 7 to 10+ years working in IT, with several years focused on business partnering, digital transformation, or product management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or MBA is often a plus).
Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.
Leadership: Strong skills in managing stakeholders, negotiating vendor contracts, and driving change management.
