Essential Qualifications & Skills

Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree (e.g., BA in Malayalam) along with a teaching degree like B.Ed. or a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.).
Pedagogical Skills: Patience, creativity, and the ability to make language learning fun and engaging for young children.
Fluency: Excellent verbal and written proficiency in Malayalam, along with strong communication skills in English to collaborate with faculty and parents.
