Job Description:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, networking, or infrastructure management.
Strong knowledge of: Windows & Linux Operating Systems
Network Administration (LAN/WAN, Switches, Routers, VLANs)
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Firewall & Cybersecurity Management
Server Management and Virtualization
Cloud Platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English.
Transferable Iqama preferred.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, and network systems.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues.
Implement security measures and data backup procedures.
Configure and maintain hardware, software, and network equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
