Job Description:

• Stock Optimization: Design and implement inventory tracking methods to optimize stock flow and prevent overstock or out-of-stock scenarios. 
• Data & Analytics: Audit daily shipments and deliveries to update the central database and flag stock discrepancies. 
• Demand Forecasting: Evaluate historical sales figures, seasonal trends, and current workloads to anticipate future supply requirements. 
• Supplier Management: Source reliable third-party vendors and negotiate cost-effective purchasing contracts to scale profit margins. 
• Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, train, and manage warehouse staff, inventory clerks, and logistics associates. 
• Financial Reporting: Prepare granular reports regarding operational adjustments, inventory assets, and expenditures for corporate leaders. 
• Quality Assurance: Develop protocols for loss mitigation, check inbound items for defect-free compliance, and ensure compliance with strict safety regulations.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a heavily related financial field.
• Professional Experience: Proven experience as an Inventory Manager, Stock Controller, or a similar logistics role.
• Technical Software Savvy: High computer literacy, including hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Sage).
• Mathematical Proficiency: Advanced analytical acumen to assess large volumes of data and execute critical statistical projections.
• Interpersonal Abilities: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle disputes, cultivate vendor alliances, and lead multi-divisional teams.
