Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management
- Monitor daily stock movement of raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Ensure proper storage practices and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requirements with procurement teams.
- Monitor expiry dates and reduce inventory wastage.
- Cost Control
- Analyze food costs, packaging costs, and operational expenses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.
- Monitor recipe costing and portion control compliance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend operational improvements.
- Investigate stock variances, wastage, and discrepancies.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for stock planning.
- Verify purchase orders, invoices, and goods received notes.
- Ensure accurate pricing and quantity verification during receiving.
- Maintain records of supplier performance and delivery accuracy.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Generate inventory and cost analysis reports for management.
- Maintain documentation related to stock transactions and audits.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and financial procedures.
- Operational Support
- Work closely with kitchen, operations, and finance teams.
- Support implementation of inventory control procedures.
- Train staff on inventory handling and stock management practices where required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in inventory control or cost control, preferably in food production, catering, cloud kitchen, or hospitality industry.
- Experience with inventory software or ERP systems.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of food costing and stock management processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
