Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and roadmaps; break projects into manageable actions.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage project costs, track expenditures, and ensure resource allocation is optimal
.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central point of contact, providing regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks, develop contingency plans, and resolve bottlenecks.
Technical Coordination: Oversee vendors, engineers, and contractors, ensuring quality standards and technical specifications are met.
Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and compliance paperwork.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3–6+ years of project management experience, often in IT infrastructure (cloud, network, data center) or engineering.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or ITIL certifications are frequently required or preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT systems (servers, networking, cloud platforms like AWS/Azure) or construction principles.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
