Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Product Placement & Displays: Execute planograms, set up promotional displays, and arrange merchandise to attract customer attention and drive purchasing decisions.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, rotate products to ensure freshness, and replenish shelves from backstock or warehouses.
- Sales Analysis: Review customer feedback, monitor sales trends, and report on competitor pricing and promotions.
- Compliance:
Remove damaged, expired, or out-of-date products. Maintain clean store aisles, racks, and shelves.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; additional education in retail management or business is often a plus.
- Strong organizational, spatial, and visual skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with store managers, vendors, and buyers.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift heavy boxes.
- Often requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between assigned retail locations.
