Job Description:

• Design & Development: Create piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), process control narratives, and instrument lists.
• System Integration: Configure, test, and maintain PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), DCS (Distributed Control System), and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
• Field Instrumentation: Select, calibrate, and install sensors, transmitters, control valves, and analyzers.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions, perform loop checks, and conduct root cause analysis for instrumentation failures.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards (e.g., IEC 61511), manage SIS (Safety Instrumented Systems), and oversee hazardous area equipment.
• Project Management: Support commissioning, manage engineering documentation, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with HART communicators, control system software (e.g., Emerson DeltaV), and CAD software.
• Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of control loops, PID controllers, and hazardous area classification.
• Software: Experience with SCADA systems, PLCs, and database management.
• Soft Skills: Technical leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and project management.
