• Risk Assessments: Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA).
• Policy Implementation: Draft, enforce, and update internal health, safety, and environmental protection manuals.
• Compliance Management: Maintain strict adherence to local, state, and global regulatory frameworks.
• Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into near-misses and injuries, establishing root causes and action plans.
• Safety Training: Design educational resources, deliver site inductions, and run specialized hazard workshops.
• Site Auditing: Perform regular facility walkthroughs to uncover hazardous conditions or protocol non-conformity.
• Waste & Eco-Tracking: Oversee the safe disposal of hazardous substances and monitor emissions or industrial noise.
• Emergency Planning: Create tactical evacuation frameworks and organize structured drills. 

• Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in safety auditing, quantitative risk mapping, and root-cause analysis.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of national environmental frameworks and industrial labor legislation.
• Communication: Ability to clearly present hazard trends to executives while communicating safety rules to site crews.
• Critical Thinking: Fast, accurate decision-making when monitoring highly dynamic or dangerous situations.
