Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE plans, policies, and procedures on site
Ensure compliance with RTA, Dubai Municipality, and project safety standards
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports
Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness programs
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on HSE matters

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering or relevant field
NEBOSH certification is mandatory
Strong experience in roads and infrastructure projects in Dubai
Previous experience in RTA projects is highly preferred
Strong communication and reporting skills
