Job Description:

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and detail-oriented HR Specialist with strong expertise in UAE Labour Law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, managing employee relations, and supporting HR operations efficiently.

Requirements:
 • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related  field
 • 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE
 • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR practices
 • Experience with MOHRE, GDRFA, and government portals is a plus
 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 • Professional, confidential, and detail-oriented
 • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
* UAE Driving License preferred
