Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manages the hiring process from start to finish—including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating smooth new-hire onboarding.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Acts as a neutral party to mediate workplace conflicts, resolve grievances, and foster a positive, inclusive, and highly engaged work environment.
- Performance Management: Develops and oversees performance appraisal systems, supports managers in goal-setting, and identifies opportunities for continuous professional development and upskilling.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administers payroll, health insurance, retirement plans, and performance-related incentives while benchmarking salaries to attract and retain top talent.
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Ensures that the company’s employment practices adhere to all relevant labor laws and workplace standards, reducing organizational risk.
- Policy Development: Creates, updates, and implements company-wide policies spanning leaves, remote work, attendance, and disciplinary procedures.
