Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • HRIS Management: Maintaining HR Information Systems (HRIS), data accuracy, and system configuration (e.g., Workday).
  • Payroll & Benefits: Processing payroll, managing benefits enrollment, and administering employee compensation.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Managing the employee experience, from generating offer letters to conducting exit interviews.
Compliance & Policy: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, legal regulations, and updating internal policies.
Employee Support: Acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, pay, or benefits.
Process Improvement: Analyzing HR workflows to enhance efficiency, automate tasks, and improve the employee experience.
Data Reporting: Providing workforce analytics, including turnover rates, headcount reports, and attendance data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Proficiencies: Experience with HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in managing payroll and employee data.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to handle confidential information and employee inquiries professionally.
