Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinating end-to-end employee onboarding (documentation, IT setup) and offboarding (exit interviews, company property retrieval, final settlements).
- HR Data & Systems (HRIS):
Maintaining accurate employee databases, ensuring data privacy, generating HR metrics (turnover, headcount), and updating personnel records.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Processing or supporting payroll, maintaining attendance records, tracking leave, and managing employee benefits (health insurance, reimbursements).
Policy Implementation & Compliance: Ensuring company compliance with labor laws, updating HR documentation, and ensuring policies are consistently applied across the organization.
Employee Support & Relations: Resolving employee queries regarding policies, pay, and benefits, and assisting in managing workplace relations.
Operational Efficiency: Identifying bottlenecks in HR processes and implementing improvements, often by implementing new digital HR tools.
Support & Engagement: Assisting in performance management processes, scheduling reviews, and organizing employee engagement activities.
Required Skills:
- Technical: Proficiency in HRIS systems, Payroll software, and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and discretion in handling confidential information.
