Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop talent strategies, oversee hiring processes, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a bridge between management and staff to resolve conflicts, handle grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance & Development: Oversee performance appraisal systems and assess training needs to design employee development programs.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll administration, compensation plans, and employee benefits programs.
Compliance & Policy: Ensure company policies adhere to local labor laws and employment regulations.
HR Strategy: Develop human resource metrics and strategies aligned with broader business goals. 
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP (via the Society for Human Resource Management), or PHR are highly preferred.
  • Experience: Typically 5+ years of experience in HR, with proven leadership or managerial roles. 
Core Skills
  • Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Deep knowledge of HR systems (HRIS), databases, and metrics.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with a proven ability to build interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
