Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring)
Prepare employment contracts in line with UAE legal requirements
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Coordinate visa processing, labor contracts, and renewals with PRO
Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation
Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Implement HR policies and procedures
Support performance evaluations and staff development
Advise management on HR matters and legal compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law is mandatory
Experience in recruitment and employee relations
Familiarity with visa processing and labor procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Strong communication and organizational skills
