Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee end-to-end hiring, from posting jobs and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing new hire onboarding.
Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, resolve conflicts, conduct investigations, and support initiatives to improve morale.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (e.g., OSHA, FMLA) and update company policies.
Benefits & Payroll Administration: Coordinate with finance for payroll processing, manage employee benefits enrollment (health insurance, retirement), and handle worker's compensation.
Performance Management: Assist managers with performance appraisals, goal tracking, and employee development programs.
HR Data Management: Maintain employee records, attendance, and HRIS systems securely.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Generally 2-5 years of experience in human resources, often requiring a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and talent acquisition processes.
Tools: Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Rippling) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict management, and organizational skills.
