Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
* Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring)
* Prepare employment contracts in line with UAE legal requirements
* Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
* Coordinate visa processing, labor contracts, and renewals with PRO
* Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation
* Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
* Implement HR policies and procedures
* Support performance evaluations and staff development
* Advise management on HR matters and legal compliance
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law is mandatory
* Experience in recruitment and employee relations
* Familiarity with visa processing and labor procedures
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* With experience in the home health care set up.
