Job Description:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting screening interviews, and rolling out offer letters.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate orientation sessions for new hires and conduct structured exit interviews for departing staff.
• Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for daily staff queries, mediating conflicts and managing employee grievances.
• Compliance Management: Maintain adherence to local labor laws, safety standards, and company-specific statutory regulations.
• Data Administration: Update and maintain precise employee records within internal Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Performance Tracking: Support management in running quarterly or annual performance appraisal cycles and monitoring development plans.
• Payroll & Benefits: Assist in processing monthly payroll, monitoring attendance inputs, and administering employee benefits programs.
• Engagement Activities: Plan and execute internal employee engagement events to boost workplace morale and collaboration. 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of proven work experience as an HR Executive, Officer, or Generalist.
• Tech Savviness: Hands-on familiarity with HRIS software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and payroll portals.
• Legal Knowledge: Sound understanding of regional labor legislation and wage regulations.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, conflict-resolution capabilities, and excellent time management.
