Job Description:

• HR Administration: Maintain employee databases, prepare contracts, and update HR records (soft/hard copies).
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Payroll & Benefits: Assist in processing payroll, track attendance/leaves, and manage employee benefits documentation.
• Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Office Administration: Oversee office facilities, order office supplies, manage office vendors, and coordinate meetings or events.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies. 
   

• Experience: Proven experience as an HR Admin Officer or relevant role.
• Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS or ATS software.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.
