Responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and execute daily Hindi lessons aligned with educational standards (e.g., CBSE guidelines).
Skill Development: Teach basic grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structure through tailored, age-appropriate activities.
Student Assessment: Design and conduct periodic tests, quizzes, and assessments to evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Classroom Management: Maintain an inclusive, safe, and positive learning environment that encourages active participation from young learners.
Parent Communication: Maintain student progress records and communicate regularly with parents regarding academic growth and areas of improvement.
Extracurricular Activities: Organize and encourage participation in language-based competitions (elocution, essay writing, debates, and plays).

Key Qualifications & Skills

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Hindi (B.A.) coupled with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification.
Fluency: Exceptional command of both written and spoken Hindi, along with a good understanding of English for effective communication with administration and parents.
Patience & Creativity: High levels of patience and the ability to make learning enjoyable and accessible for children.
