Key Responsibilities

Admissions Strategy & Operations: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve enrolment targets. Manage the full applicant cycle, including inquiry handling, school tours, assessment, and enrollment.
Engagement & Outreach: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective families, alumni, and educational influencers. Lead outreach initiatives like school visits, education fairs, webinars, and open houses.
Marketing & Brand Management: Collaborate on, or lead, high-impact digital marketing campaigns and create content to increase visibility and brand presence.
Data & Compliance: Utilize CRM systems to track admissions metrics, analyzing data to refine strategies. Ensure all recruitment complies with institutional standards and policies.
Leadership: Lead, train, and manage the admissions team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or customer relationship management, preferably within an educational setting.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze CRM data to drive decisions.
Relationship Management: Strong ability to connect with stakeholders, including parents and partners.
