Job Description:

Responsibilities
 
  • Concept Development: Study design briefs and determine requirements, sketching initial ideas or generating mood boards.
  • Asset Creation: Design diverse assets including social media graphics, flyers, packaging, logos, banners, and digital presentations.
  • Layout & Typography: Determine the ideal size, arrangement of copy, fonts, and color schemes to ensure high readability and visual impact
Collaboration: Work alongside marketing teams, copywriters, and stakeholders to execute creative concepts that align with brand identity.
 
Revisions & Production: Prepare rough drafts for approval, manage feedback/edits, and export final, error-free files ready for print or digital output.
 
 
Essential Skills & Qualifications
 
  • Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of industry-standard design programs, primarily the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
     
     
  • Design Fundamentals: Solid grasp of design principles including balance, contrast, typography, and color theory.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
