Responsibilities

General Ledger & Reconciliations: Maintain the general ledger, prepare journal entries, and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
Financial Reporting: Prepare essential financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Month-End/Year-End Closings: Execute closing procedures, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, manage employee expenses, and track customer billings.
Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all financial records adhere to accounting standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS) and support external auditors during annual audits.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Technical Proficiencies: Strong working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and a strong capability for spotting numerical errors.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret financial data, build forecasts, and provide actionable insights.
