Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Read Drawings: Check architectural, civil, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) plans for mistakes or clashes.
Supervise Site: Oversee daily work on site, including workers and sub-contractors.
Coordinate Teams: Talk to clients, designers, and suppliers to keep the project moving smoothly.
Manage Materials: Order and track building materials and site tools.
Control Quality: Check that all work matches safety codes and top quality levels.
Report Progress: Write daily or weekly updates on how the job moves forward.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
Experience: 2 to 6 years working on interior fitout or building finish projects.
Software Skills: Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (MS Project or Primavera is a plus).
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
