Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Developing financial strategies aligned with business goals, including long-term forecasting and identifying opportunities for growth and profitability.
Financial Reporting & Control: Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS and statutory requirements.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Guiding the budgeting process for operational performance and capital expenditure, ensuring strict expenditure controls.
Cash Flow Management: Managing liquidity, banking relationships, and working capital to ensure the organization meets its financial obligations.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks, overseeing internal audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Team Leadership: Mentoring and managing the finance department, including accounting, payroll, and auditing functions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CA, or MBA is typically required.
Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Director, Head of Finance, or senior financial role, often 10+ years.
Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and software (e.g., ERP systems).
