Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop long-term financial plans, drive growth, and align financial strategy with business goals.
Financial Reporting & Control: Oversee accounting, monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting, and ensure high-level compliance.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, cash flow management, and financial modeling.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance department (accounting, treasury).
Risk Management: Evaluate and minimize financial risks; establish internal controls.
Stakeholder Communication: Present financial performance to the executive team and board members.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA, CA, or MBA is highly preferred.
Experience: Proven experience as a Director of Finance, Financial Controller, or similar senior role, usually with 10+ years of experience.
Skills: In-depth knowledge of financial laws, accounting regulations (GAAP/IFRS), and data analysis software.
Leadership: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
