Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across corporate, government, and real estate sectors.
Sales Cycle Management: Drive the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation and site surveys to techno-commercial proposal creation and deal closure.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong networks with MEP/PMC consultants, system integrators, and channel partners to secure project specifications.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior sales teams and pre-sales engineers to hit regional or enterprise sales targets.
Project Handover: Coordinate with design, procurement, and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction post-sale.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering, or Business Administration.
Experience: Typically 4–8+ years in B2B project sales, specifically within the ELV, IT, or physical security sector.
Domain Knowledge: Strong grasp of ELV solutions such as Video Surveillance (CCTV), Public Address (PA) systems, Access Control, and Intrusion Alarms.
Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
