Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Curriculum Design & Delivery: Develop and update lesson plans, course materials, and assignments aligned with the evolving digital landscape (e.g., SEO, SEM, content marketing, and AI).
- Practical Training: Guide students through hands-on exercises, including running live ad campaigns, setting up analytics dashboards (e.g., GA4), and interpreting performance data.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, and capstone projects, providing constructive, actionable feedback.
- Mentorship & Career Guidance: Advise students on portfolio building, resume reviews, and career opportunities in the digital marketing industry.
- Research & Scholarly Activity: (For university roles) Conduct academic research, write case studies, and publish papers in peer-reviewed journals.
Essential Qualifications
- Educational Background: A Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is the standard requirement. A Ph.D. or active Ph.D. candidacy is highly preferred for tenure-track or university-level positions.
- Industry Experience: Proven, hands-on experience working with digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, CRM software).
- Subject Matter Expertise: Strong theoretical and practical understanding of digital consumer behavior, e-commerce, and digital laws/ethics.
Preferred Skills
- Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with modern blended learning environments and e-learning tools.
- An active professional digital portfolio, blog, or strong LinkedIn presence.
