Job Description:
Responsibilities
- IT Operations & Infrastructure: Oversee the high availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise networks, data centers, and servers.
- Team Leadership & Support: Supervise regional IT support teams, manage service desk SLAs, and handle VIP escalations.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement security controls, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO27001).
- Vendor & Asset Management: Coordinate with IT vendors for procurement, renewals, and troubleshooting while tracking hardware and software asset inventories.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in formulating long-term IT strategies, digital transformation initiatives, and managing budgets.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Typically 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or cybersecurity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in administering Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, cloud environments, and enterprise firewalls.
