Job Description:

• Strategic Leadership & Governance: Establish delivery governance models, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational frameworks across all business units.
• Financial & P&L Management: Own the financial performance of the delivery division, including profit and loss margins, cost optimization, revenue forecasting, and operational expense control.
• Client Relationship & Account Growth: Serve as the highest escalation point for client issues while working with top-tier stakeholders to discover new expansion opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Resource & Capacity Planning: Coordinate with HR and line managers to optimize global team scaling, talent retention, continuous upskilling, and bench utilization.
• Process Excellence: Direct the implementation of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid project management methodologies to constantly streamline workflows and boost delivery speed.
• Risk & Quality Assurance: Anticipate macro-level delivery risks, establish strict quality benchmarks, and ensure absolute compliance with data security and international regulations. 

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in delivery management, with at least 4+ years leading an enterprise-wide delivery organization.
• Certifications: Preferred certifications include PMP, PgMP, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Agilist, or ITIL Framework Master.
• Technical & Process Skills: In-depth knowledge of automated DevOps pipelines, cloud infrastructures, resource allocation tools, and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Soft Skills: Superior executive communication, high emotional intelligence for managing diverse global teams, and exceptional crisis-resolution capabilities.
