Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Data Collection: Gather invoices, forms, and other documents from clients or different internal departments for processing.
  • Information Input: Accurately type and transcribe written or scanned information into digital databases, spreadsheets, or software programs.
  • Data Verification: Proofread and cross-check entered data against source documents to spot and correct discrepancies or missing information.
  • Database Maintenance: Organize and file physical documents, update existing records, and perform routine data backups to secure company information. 
Report Generation: Extract data to create reports, summaries, and spreadsheets as requested by management. 
Compliance: Strictly adhere to data privacy regulations and company security protocols to maintain confidentiality. 
Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Typing Speed & Accuracy: A high typing speed (often 45+ to 60 words per minute) with minimal errors.
  • Computer Proficiency: Strong familiarity with office software such as MS Office (specifically Excel) and database management systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to recognizing and rectifying even minor errors in data.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage high volumes of information and easily retrieve files when needed.
