Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management
•⁠ ⁠Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key corporate accounts.
•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive and C-suite decision-makers.
•⁠ ⁠Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives, challenges, and growth strategies to position relevant solutions effectively.

Account Growth & Revenue Generation

•⁠ ⁠Identify and develop opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion within existing customer
•⁠ ⁠Achieve and exceed assigned revenue, profitability, and account growth targets.
•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer lifetime value.

Experience

•⁠ ⁠Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Corporate Account Management, Key Account Management, Business Development, or a related client-facing role within the UAE market.
•⁠ ⁠Proven experience managing strategic corporate accounts and delivering measurable revenue growth.
•⁠ ⁠Experience serving clients within sectors such as E-Commerce, Financial Services, Energy, Technology, Logistics, or related industries is highly preferred.

Network & Relationship Building

•⁠ ⁠Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers and key stakeholders.
•⁠ ⁠Existing network within the UAE corporate sector will be considered a strong advantage.

Technology & Analytical Skills

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent systems.
•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and track account performance against KPIs.
