Job Description:
Responsibilities
Contract Management
Draft and negotiate: Write, review, and finalize vendor, client, and project contracts.
Ensure compliance: Monitor execution to make sure all parties meet legal, timeline, and deliverable obligations.
Mitigate risk: Analyze contractual liabilities, legal changes, and operational exposures.
Validation Management
Develop strategies: Create comprehensive validation plans, protocols, and life-cycle assessments for systems or equipment.
Oversee compliance: Verify adherence to regulatory frameworks such as cGMP, ISO, or FDA guidelines.
Lead audits: Coordinate internal and external quality audits, managing change controls and corrective actions.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Law, or a relevant science discipline.
Experience: 3 to 7 years in contract administration or technical validation, ideally within a regulated industry.
Core Competencies: Strong legal drafting, risk analysis, regulatory compliance (cGMP/ISO), and cross-functional leadership.
