Job Description:

• Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) workflow, ensuring smooth progression from initial request to close-out. 
• Drafting & Review: Author, evaluate, and standardize a wide range of corporate documents, including NDAs, service agreements, vendor vendor terms, and licensing contracts.
• Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate complex contract terms, pricing, timelines, and deliverables directly with external counterparties and suppliers.
• Risk Mitigation: Analyze contracts to spot financial or legal red flags and develop effective risk-mitigation strategies.
• Compliance Monitoring: Track key deadlines, deliverables, and performance metrics (KPIs) to guarantee all signing parties uphold their obligations. 
• Dispute Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual inquiries, audit requests, and the resolution of contract disputes. 
• Database Maintenance: Maintain a centralized digital repository of all active and historical contracts using modern contract management software.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Typically 3–5+ years of experience specialized in contract administration, corporate law, or procurement.
• Legal Acumen: Strong fundamental knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and industry-specific regulations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software platforms and standard documentation tools like Microsoft Office.
• Soft Skills: Advanced negotiation tactics, high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain complex legal jargon to non-legal colleagues.
